Returns, Refunds or Exchange

If you're not happy with your purchase for ANY reason, simply send back your unused item within 30 days of receipt for a refund.

If the product is an exchange please return the original purchased item(s) for a refund and place a new order.
 
We will gladly refund or exchange any item for any reason with the exception, used or worn products, used footwear, shoes used on surfaces other than the surface they were designed for (for instance firm ground on turf). Shipping Fee will not be refunded.

Please try on footwear indoors on carpet and do not wear apparel other than to try on.

Items must be in original condition.

Items must be returned in their original packaging.
 
Footwear must be returned with the original shoebox and shipped in a proper shipping box.

Proof of purchase is required for ALL returns.

These may include a confirmation email, a packing slip or an order number.

Gift products can be returned for a store credit or gift certificate.
 
Close-Out and special sale items can be returned for store credit only, additional deduction may be require such as shipping cost deduction or re-stocking fee.
 
Defective product may be returned for a store credit within 60 days as long as they were used for its intended purpose (i.e. cleats on grass, turf shoes on turf).

Customized apparel can not be returned or refunded.  Please contact us by phone before returning defectives. 203-254-1979
